MalaceHR is seeking an Site Manager for a direct hire position at an automotive facility in Hamtramck, MI. Ideal candidate with have previous Operations / Facility / Maintenance Manager experience in a Facility Management environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in maintenance trades (heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical)
Experience in a management / operations role
Experience in client relationships
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for developing and executing custodial and maintenance solutions to meet customer needs. Responsible for servicing and / or maintaining a physical location or site to client specifications and financials.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
Directs the work of at least two full-time employees or their equivalent
Makes or influences employment decisions affecting the team, including hiring, promotions, and other changes in status
Leads, mentors, engages, and develops teams to maximize their contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching, and managing performance
Coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved
Leverages company's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential

Ensures individual and all team performance meets objectives and client expectations
Plans and leads daily team briefings
Client Relationship
Responsible for developing and executing maintenance solutions to meet customer needs
Executes facilities maintenance and upkeep following predefined specifications
Ensure maintenance services appropriately connects to the Executional Framework
Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations are compliant with company and client regulations
Identifies client needs and communicates operational progress
Delivers and models WEST as foundation for excellent customer service
Financial Performance
Ensures the completion and maintenance of profit and loss (P&L) or client budget statements
Delivers client and company financial targets
Adopts all processes and systems, understands performance metrics, data, orders, and inventory trends; educate teams on key levers to improve margins
