We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Malace HR. As a key member of our facilities operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Empty trash and recyclables on a regular basis
- Perform general cleaning duties, including restrooms, break rooms, and conference rooms
- Assist with tasks such as removing and bailing cardboard, moving and stacking pallets, and floor cleaning
- Operate fork trucks safely and efficiently
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a janitor, custodian, cleaner, or housekeeping position preferred
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 lbs.
- Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Reliable transportation
