Loan Administrative Assistant (Full-time)
- The Loan Administrative Assistant should have at least two years’ experience providing administrative support to an office of 15-20 employees, providing professional, courteous assistance to staff and customers.
- The Loan Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling all incoming calls, mail, general voicemails and emails, greeting customers and guests, along with ensuring the department and staff have all necessary supplies.
- The Admin Asst responds to customer inquiries, both internal and external, for account loan information, loan payment histories, copies of loan documents, etc. Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills and provide superior customer service at all times. Must be familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and general Microsoft Office programs.
- South Bay residence preferred.
