Duties
Duties include:
- Supporting the lead teacher in creating a warm, nurturing, and rhythmical classroom environment
- Assisting with daily routines such as snack preparation, cleanup, transitions, and outdoor play
- Modeling respectful and calm behavior to support healthy social development
- Observing and supporting children as needed during activities and free play
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom and outdoor environment
- Participating in circle time, storytelling, and artistic activities as directed by the lead teacher
- Communicating collaboratively with the lead teacher and school staff
- Attending staff meetings and participating in school festivals and events as needed
