We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing them with necessary information and assistance.
- Manage phone systems effectively, answering calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments
- Handle medical collections, ensuring accurate billing processes are followed.
- Review documentation for accuracy,
- Maintain patient files in compliance with privacy regulations, ensuring all information is up-to-date and secure.
- Assist in coordinating communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical and vision terminology,
- Hard working with an upbeat personality
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation .
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Proficient in using phone systems and standard office software applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.75 - $20.77 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
