Job Description :

Job 1 : To handle Banking Litigation including foreclosure proceedings, winding up and other debt recovery related matters, Civil Litigation & General Litigation.

To learn & progress with the firm.
Able to attend to clients, correspondences.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Job 2 : Assisting in preparing cause papers, documents, notices and correspondences.

Maintaining diary and attentive to due dates.

Maintaining proper administration of files and correspondences.

To attend to other legal / administrative work assigned by the Firm from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements :

Admitted to the Malaysian Bar.

LL.B Degree.

CLP / Bar qualification(s).

The drive to succeed in the legal practice.

Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

The ability to work independently & as a team.

An eye for details.

Job 2 :

1 or 2 years working experience and able to handle portfolios with minimum supervision.

Must be computer literate.

Proficient in both written and verbal communication skills.

Meticulous with a high degree of accuracy and attention to details.

Responsible and know how to prioritize workload.

Able to work immediately is an advantage.

Job Start Date : 23 January 2024

Overview of Organisation : Medium size Legal Firm since 1983. Office hours from 8.30am to 5.30pm (5 days week).
