Reports to: Director of Marketing
Summary: This tech-forward role is responsible for implementing and maintaining the digital infrastructure that powers Malco Products, Inc.’s multiple brands and marketing efforts. The Digital Content and Systems Implementer oversees updates and content execution across Shopify and multiple CMS and email platforms and ensures seamless coordination across digital channels. This role thrives at the intersection of marketing and technology – bringing structure to systems, leveraging AI tools to streamline processes, and ensuing our digital campaigns are executed with precision, efficiency, and innovation.

- Manage CMS content across Malco’s various web properties to ensure pages are accurate, consistent, and optimized.
- Manage and update the backend of our Shopify store, including product listings, site navigation, landing pages, and theme templates.
- Manage and organize Malco’s digital asset and media libraries.
- Ensure website content adheres to SEO best practices (meta tags, keywords, alt text, etc.) and UX principles.
- Own and manage the marketing content calendar – plan, track, and schedule all digital content, in collaboration with other internal and external team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional content initiatives between product, design, sales, and marketing teams.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, style guidelines, and campaign objectives.
- Build and schedule emails using modular templates in platforms like Klaviyo and Constant Contact.
- Create and manage email segments and lists for personalized outreach.
- Implement strategy, creative, and copy developed by the Director of Marketing regarding Shopify Flows and winback campaigns.
- Use generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to accelerate content production, brainstorm copy, and enhance workflows, incorporating these tools wherever they can enhance conceptual creativity, drive innovation, and elevate the brand’s voice.
- Evaluate and implement tech tools that streamline content, analytics, and digital marketing processes, as needed.
- Implement A/B tests and optimizations provided by the Director of Marketing to increase engagement and conversions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
Experience:
- 2 plus years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce coordination, or web content management.
- Direct experience working within Shopify and / or similar CMS platforms.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.).
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Working knowledge of SEP and digital performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Trello, Slack, etc.).
- Experience in navigating, updating, managing, and implementing backend website changes.
- Experience writing or editing marketing copy.
- Basic graphic design skills or knowledge (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Automotive, detailing, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus.
- Experience with marketing automation, Zapier, or CRM integrations is a plus.
- Basic (or any level of) coding familiarity (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
