What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ecommerce Mktg Mngr position at Malco?
Essential Duties:
Manage Ecommerce Channels:
- Develop and execute strategies for ecommerce key accounts and retail DTC.
- Co-manage 3PL distribution partner.
- Oversee inventories and provide sales and trend data for demand forecasting.
- Monitor ecommerce channels for MAP/iMAP violations, patent, trademark, and registration infringement.
- Execute marketing campaigns and promotions that drive growth in ecommerce channels.
- Implement digital marketing technologies to enhance customer experience and improve conversion rates.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for competitive benchmarks, best practices, market trends, and competitive activity within the ecommerce space.
Amazon Channel:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow the Malco brand on Amazon.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs, campaign/promotion metrics, shipping service levels, marketing activities, budgets, and pricing.
- Optimize product listings and enhance brand content for better visibility, conversion rates, and improved customer experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Expertise in Oracle Analytics and/or other reporting tools.
- Deep understanding of ecommerce best practices, regulations, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Amazon and Retail DTC sales and marketing techniques.
- Experience with web content management systems (PIM/DAM).
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
- Hands-on experience with AMS, including sponsored display ads, sponsored products, and sponsored brands.
- Proven ability to independently manage all facets of ecommerce for a brand.
- Track record of developing and implementing data-driven ecommerce strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and identifying actionable insights to inform strategy and optimize performance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to assess gaps and weaknesses and develop scalable solutions to drive business growth.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and collaborate across teams.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
- 5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, and brand management, with a focus on driving growth.
Travel Requirements:
- 10% local and national

- Hybrid / Remote schedule is available.
Compensation:
- $92K - $114K
*Compensation is based on performance and experience, as we believe in rewarding our employees for their contributions through a pay-for-performance structure.
