What are the responsibilities and job description for the Developmental Training Production Trainer/Tissue Operator position at Malcolm Eaton Enterprises?
Full time first shift position Monday - Friday.
Primary Function: Responsible for the work of agency consumers. Ensuring that all work is done in a timely, economic and safe manner. Participate in individual training and programming of consumers. As a member of the MEE staff, the DT production Trainer/Tissue Operator is also responsible for protecting and advocating for consumer rights. Also serve as the primary backup for the Paper Conversion Manager in their absence. All positions require criminal background check and drug screening. Must have and maintain a valid Illinois driver's license and meet state automobile insurance standings.
