What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Services Manager position at Malcolm Eaton Enterprises?
Qualifications: Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: psychology, social work, human services, or related field. Have at least one year of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disability or other developmental disabilities. Management experience preferred.
Primary Function: As the Residential Services Manager/ QIDP you will oversee and ensure implementation of all activities of the Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) Program; including Interdisciplinary Team Facilitation, advocating for the needs of all Residential consumers, maintenance of consumer files, program evaluation, training, home site visits, and documentation of social exchange and planned recreational activities. Ensures that the Department of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Rule 115 is interpreted and applied correctly for all CILA consumers, in the residence in which they live. Ensuring working relationships with collaborating community partners remain positive by keeping appointments and interacting in a professional manner. Establishing and maintaining all training and work schedules for all CILA Support staff. As a member of the MEE staff, the Residential Services Manager/ QIDP is also responsible for protecting and advocating for consumer rights.
