Responsibilities
Client Consultation : Meet with potential and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge : Stay informed about the various insurance products offered, ensuring accurate and comprehensive advice.
Sales Generation : Proactively seek new clients through networking and referrals, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
Policy Servicing : Assist clients with policy changes, claims, and any queries they might have, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Relationship Building : Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Market Awareness : Keep abreast of market trends and competitor offerings to better position our products and services.
Requirement
Licensing : Active Florida Property & Casualty License is required
Experience : A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
