We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Landscape and Irrigation Foreman for our DFW region.
Job description
· Performs a variety of tasks involving manual labor in landscape irrigation, or drainage installation projects.
· Performs manual and machinery work in preparing surfaces for paving (Landscape Construction).
· Maintains a clean job site: picks up all tools and equipment and secures job site each day to eliminate potential hazards.
· Performs materials handling and storage.
· Loads and unloads trucks and hauls and hoists materials.
· Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
· Lay sod, plant, dig, mulch, sprinkler installation, and load and unload materials.
· Plant flower beds.
· Perform weeding by hand or using a garden hoe or hula hoe.
· Maintain a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with customers
· Brings problems to the attention of the foreman, or Superintendent.
· Must uphold company policies, procedures, and company core values at all times
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-3 years of landscaping or irrigation construction/installation experience
-Spanish is a PLUS
-Valid driver's license is a plus but not required
