Job Summary:
Maldonado Nursery & Landscaping is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Residential Design-Build Project Manager to oversee the execution of high-end residential landscape projects. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution:

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of residential landscape design-build projects.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.

Work closely with designers, clients, subcontractors, and crew members to bring designs to life.

Conduct site visits to assess project scope, address challenges, and ensure quality control.

Develop project schedules and coordinate material deliveries to maintain workflow efficiency.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure project scope aligns with client needs and budget.

Address client concerns and provide solutions to maintain satisfaction throughout the project.
Team Coordination & Leadership:

Supervise field crews and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and timeline goals.

Provide leadership and guidance to ensure efficient and effective project execution.

Conduct site meetings to review progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain team alignment.
Budget & Cost Control:

Monitor project budgets and track expenses to prevent overruns.

Assist in estimating and pricing for new projects, ensuring profitability.

Approve vendor and subcontractor invoices related to project execution.
Quality Assurance & Safety:

Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations for design accuracy and craftsmanship.

Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with company and industry regulations.

Conduct final walkthroughs with clients to confirm satisfaction and handle any punch list items.
Qualifications Required
-
Experience: 3 years in residential landscape project management, design-build experience preferred.

Education: Degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Horticulture, or a related field is a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in landscape construction, hardscapes, irrigation, and plant material.

Software Knowledge: Experience with project management software, CAD, Aspire, and similar landscape design tools is a plus.

Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.
