We have an opportunity for a Sales Associate/Manager in Training to join our New York City retail team. We're looking for a dynamic and growth-oriented leader who is ready to take on responsibility, learn the ins and outs of managing a boutique, and grow into a key leadership role within our company.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the store team to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the boutique runs smoothly and reflects the Malia Mills brand.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers through personalized styling and one-on-one fittings, bringing the mission of “Love Thy Differences” to life.
- Work with our team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, fostering a collaborative and high-energy environment.
- Collaborate with other NYC boutiques, our California stores, and the NYC studio to ensure alignment across teams and consistency in our storytelling and operations.
- Contribute to visual merchandising efforts, ensuring every corner of the boutique reflects our design philosophy and attention to detail.
- Assist with inventory management, online order fulfillment, and boutique upkeep.
- Seek out opportunities to improve processes, introduce new ideas, and make a meaningful impact on the team and the business.

- Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as needed.
