Job Description: Guest Services Coordinator
Reports to: Floor Manager

Job Summary:

The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and supporting day-to-day guest service operations, addressing guest concerns, managing redemption areas, and ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere. This role involves team leadership, coordination between departments, and upholding the highest standards of customer service, contributing to an outstanding overall experience for our guests.

What You’ll Do:


  • Operational Support:


    • Assist the Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed to ensure smooth operations throughout the facility.

    • Actively engage in day-to-day park operations by covering guest service areas or attractions when required.

    • Support guest services team members by addressing and resolving guest service issues promptly.

  • Team Leadership & Coaching:

    • Assist in coaching and training the guest services team, ensuring they are knowledgeable about current promotions, deals, and packages available.

    • Encourage upselling by ensuring team members are actively engaging guests and promoting value-added services.

    • Coordinate communication between team members regarding upcoming deals, promotions, and special events that may impact guest services operations.

  • Guest Experience & Customer Service:

    • Uphold the highest standards of customer service, contributing to a positive and welcoming guest experience.

    • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing them with a warm and inviting atmosphere.

    • Serve as a liaison between guests and various departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

    • Provide accurate, up-to-date information to guests about available services, amenities, activities, and events.

  • Facility Image & Maintenance:

    • Ensure a positive image of the entertainment center by adhering to professional standards and presenting a clean, organized, and well-maintained work area.

    • Regularly assess guest service areas to ensure they are clean, presentable, and free of any hazards or disruptions.

  • Additional Duties:

    • Assist with cleaning and maintenance of park as needed

    • Assist with other tasks as required to meet business needs or improve the guest experience.

    • Contribute to creating a fun, positive environment for both guests and team members.

  • Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both guests and team members.

  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire a team.

  • Organization & Time Management: Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve guest complaints or operational issues promptly and effectively.

  • Attention to Detail: Ensure that all areas of guest service meet cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.


Education, Qualifications, and Experience:


  • Must be at least 18 years of age.


  • High school diploma or GED required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.

  • Basic math skills for inventory management and financial transactions.


Physical Demands:


  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during shifts.


  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs unaided.

  • Ability to move around the facility and assist guests in various areas.
