We’re looking for energetic, fun, and reliable individuals to join our team as a Weekend Team Member at Malibu Jack’s Indoor Family Entertainment Center. If you love working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for families, this position is perfect for you! As a Weekend Team Member, you'll assist in various roles across the center, including attractions, customer service, and special events.
What You’ll Do:
- Guest Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by helping guests with questions and ensuring they have a great experience.
- Attraction Operation: Operate attractions and ensure safety procedures are followed while keeping the fun factor high.
- Party Support: Assist with birthday parties and special events, ensuring smooth operations and providing an unforgettable experience for guests.
- General Maintenance: Help maintain the cleanliness and safety of the entertainment center, making sure all areas are tidy and organized for guests.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure the center runs smoothly and guests are fully satisfied.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Availability to work weekends (Friday through Sunday)
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Comfortable lifting up to 39 lbs unaided
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
