What You’ll Own & Drive
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a revenue-focused sales strategy that fuels growth across key markets.
- Identify new business opportunities, leveraging market insights to expand distribution and brand penetration.
- Lead pipeline management, forecasting, and performance analytics to drive smart decision-making.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Education teams to align sales strategies with product launches, campaigns, and branding.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mentor a sales team, setting clear goals and holding team members accountable for results.
- Foster a performance-driven, high-energy sales culture that thrives on competition and success.
- Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to elevate your team’s effectiveness.
Business Development & Key Partnerships
- Own key customer and distributor relationships, ensuring long-term loyalty and sales growth.
- Expand Malibu Wellness’s footprint by securing major accounts and forging high-value partnerships.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance market presence.
Sales Operations & Process Optimization
- Implement and refine CRM tools, sales reporting, and analytics to improve efficiency and visibility.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes and workflows for maximum impact.
- Partner with leadership to set and exceed sales goals that contribute to company-wide success.

- Proficient in Microsoft, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5 years of sales experience within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), preferably in the beauty, skincare, haircare, or wellness industry space.
- Demonstrated success in growing sales revenue and expanding market share through new business development and strategic partnerships
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel frequently, which may involve extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Ability to see clearly, including the ability to read documents, computer screens, and presentations.
- Ability to hear and understand conversations in person and over the phone.
- Ability to speak clearly and effectively in person and over the phone.
- Ability to use a computer keyboard and mouse, as well as other office equipment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, such as laptops, presentation materials, and luggage.
Work Environment:
- Varies based on travel.
Work Schedule & Expectations:

- Work may extend beyond Monday through Friday, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
