What You’ll Do as a Business Development Trainee:
- Conduct on the ground research on current market trends and competitor strategies
- Collect and pass on customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Help to conduct presentations and pitches for prospective customers
- Assist in analyzing company profit & loss statements to ensure revenue growth
- Collaborate with sales and customer service departments to implement best practices
- Track the status of leads and customer communications, following up when necessary
- Shadowing senior team members to learn best practices in business development
- Previous experience in business development and/or sales is a plus
- Humble individuals looking to start in an entry level role and work their way up
- Hungry, eager to learn new things and develop new skills
- Ability to collaborate well with others as well as take independent initiative
- Capacity to multitask and juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
