Malick & Scherer, P.C. (M&S) is a multi-disciplined engineering, environmental, and land surveying firm specializing in the transportation industry and working on large and innovative projects in NJ, PA and NY. This position is currently offered as a hybrid or full-time in-office position. Our office is located less than a mile from I-78 Exit 11 and 12 in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. We have an immediate opening available for the following position:
ENTRY LEVEL CAD DRAFTER/DESIGNER
A position is currently available for a candidate with 0 to 2 years experience in a field of CAD drafting. This position would involve working closely with, and being trained by M&S' Utility engineers/designers on a variety of important transportation projects throughout the NJ, NY, and PA areas. The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications/qualities:
- Formal training in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
- Have experience using AutoCAD and/or MicroStation and possess basic drafting skills
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have an interest in construction and infrastructure
- Enjoy working in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
