Malie Organics Ala Moana Sales Associate

Malie Organics, a local spa brand for the home and body is looking for Sales Associates to join their team at the Ala Moana Shopping Center.

Job Description

• Provide the best possible shopping experience for all guests.
• Meet and/or exceed sales targets.
• Standard opening and closing procedures.
• Maintaining store standards and participate in merchandising of new product.
• Maintaining/Enhancing current customer relationships.
• Must be able to work nights/weekends/holidays.

All retail employees at Malie Ala Moana are responsible for:

• Driving top line store sales results and growing the business through action and productivity
• Creating customer awareness of programs and promotions available to them to build customer loyalty, when applicable
• Preparing for each shift by maintaining awareness of all sales, promotions, and applicable POS procedures
• Taking initiative to recover and replenish merchandise, so it is available to sell.
• Assisting in housekeeping of sales floor and communicating maintenance issues
• Keeping an awareness of, and building personal capability in, loss prevention
• Supporting all activities related to providing a safe working environment.
• Understanding and demonstrating Company values
• Must be able to work in a fragrance filled environment.
• Be able to work independently and with a team.

Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent

1-2 years retail experience and/or customer service

Japanese speaker a plus
