We are seeking a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing prompt, efficient and courteous service to our customers. A strong command of the English language is mandatory for this position and prior experience working in customer service, along with excellent communication skills, is preferred.
YOUR ROLE
- This position is primarily engaged in day-to-day customer service, order entry and related activities.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with the customer base both internally and externally.
- Assists with product related inquiry as required.
- Expedites customers’ orders and assists in maintaining on time deliveries of orders by working closely with Production, Quality and Shipping personnel.
YOUR SKILLS
Associates Degree preferred, but not required..
- 2 years experience (minimum) in customer service in a manufacturing environment having demonstrated a commitment to customer loyalty, advocacy, engagement, and retention is required.
- Proficient with Word, Excel and SAP / ERP systems required
- Ability to multi-task and adjust to change while working in a fast environment.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively respond to customer’s requests or explain solutions to complaints/issues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
