Job Title : Business Process Owner
Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Process Owner (BPO) to join our team. The BPO will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end business processes, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals, and driving the successful implementation and utilization of Dynamics 365.
Key Responsibilities :
Process Mapping & Validation : Own the effort to map out current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes. Identify inefficiencies and validate proposed new workflows in Dynamics 365.
Implementation & Integration : Collaborate with functional consultants and technical teams to shape how Dynamics 365 will be implemented and integrated into existing business processes.
Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize business intelligence and analytics tools within Dynamics 365 to monitor process performance, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.
Documentation & Training : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes. Train end-users and ensure they are proficient in using Dynamics 365.
Continuous Improvement : Continuously assess and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.
Qualifications :
Experience : Proven experience as a Business Process Owner or similar role, with a strong background in business process management and optimization.
Technical Skills : In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365. Familiarity with its modules and capabilities is essential.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and improvements.
Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Leadership : Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of driving change and influencing others.
Preferred Qualifications :
Certifications : Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or business process managem ent.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
