Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries via multi-line phone systems.
- Process dental collections and insurance claims.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations and effective patient service.
- Maintain office organization and assist with clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dental administrative support and front desk operations
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of dental terminology, and HIPAA regulations
- Excellent patient service and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and medical records management
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
