What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Equipment Technician / Delivery Technician position at Mallard Equipment Supply, LLC?
The Medical Equipment Technician is responsible for inspection, calibration, installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide variety of clinical equipment both in shop and on site, including educating patients/caregivers on the safe operation and use of company products.
This individual will also be responsible for product care and maintenance, product repair, warehouse/shop duties, vehicle care and maintenance, and tracking of inventory at all times.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Inspection, calibration, installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide variety of clinical equipment both in shop and on site.
- Travel to customer locations both in and out of state to provide services.
Required Skills & Experience
- Two (2) years of customer service or comparable experience
- Demonstrate outstanding dedication to customer service
- Ability to work extended hours, including some evenings, weekends, and travel
- Ability to safely lift, push or pull up to 80 lbs. with or without accommodations
Ability to transport deliveries in a safe, responsible manner, according to company procedures and applicable DOT regulations

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
