Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a Physical Therapist license in the state of Indiana
Manual / ortho PT experience (work experience or clinical rotations)
New grads and experienced PTs are welcome to apply!
Pay Range : USD $72,500.00 - USD $95,000.00 / Yr.
Salary : $72,500 - $95,000
