Malley Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager/Estimator. A strong background in Heavy Civil Engineering and MDOT Work is a plus but also willing to train the right candidate.
Duties Include:
· Estimating/Project Management
· Tracking all aspects of the job from start to finish
· Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts
· Ordering materials & material tracking
· Tracking of project progress to make sure requirements are being met
· Maintain project schedules, budgets and billings
· Coordinate with architects, engineers, inspectors, contractors, and subcontractors to see that the project is completed as planned
