Malley’s Chocolates, a cherished Northeast Ohio tradition since 1935, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Assistant Manager to join our team at our North Canton location! Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, motivate, and inspire team members to provide exceptional customer service and uphold Malley’s reputation.
• Maintain store appearance, restock inventory, and ensure product presentation aligns with company standards.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of staff.
• Handle customer inquiries and transactions, resolving concerns with professionalism and care.
• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Retail or leadership experience preferred—we’re looking for strong communicators and team players!
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and creating a welcoming store atmosphere.
