Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Manage day-to-day operations of the candy store and ice cream parlor, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure product freshness.
Ensure ice cream and candy products are prepared, stored, and served according to health and safety guidelines.
Oversee the cleanliness of the ice cream parlor, including freezers, scooping stations, and service areas.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of enthusiastic retail and parlor staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
