As a growing company, we’re seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong organizational skills to join our ENSA team. ENSA North America is a training division of Mallory Safety and Supply. ENSA provides work-at-height safety and rescue training, safety support and rigging services to the windpower, telecom and industrial markets. Job Description
ENSA North America is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The position will be based at ENSA’s headquarters in Mukwonago, Wisconsin, and requires a strong commitment to quality, willingness to learn new things and problem solve, and attention to detail. The administrator will be expected to read, understand, and follow ENSA’s ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System with occasional requests to support process improvement initiatives. Will be required to work directly with ENSA’s Executive Director and Operations Manager. The administrator will report to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed
- Assist in coordinating office events, travel, and logistics.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks and data entry
- Greet visitors and provide general support to clients and staff
- Attend regularly held team meetings and document minutes for distribution to the teams.
- Facilitate the maintenance and operational needs of the facility.
- Assist with other administrative and/ or support needs as requested by management.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to speak and write fluent English.
- Attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and problem solve.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, SharePoint as well as other software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- A driving history that aligns with our Safe Driver Policy
- Flexibility, adaptability, positive can-do attitude, and ability to solve problems.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
