Mallory Safety and Supply is currently looking for a Kit Assembler to join our growing ENSA Division!
Kit Assembler Position Overview:
Currently, Mallory is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable person to join our team as a Kit Assembler. In this position, you will support our ENSA division with the kitting and assembly of fall protection equipment for work at heights training classes. ENSA North America provides work-at-height safety rescue training, support and rigging services to the GWO, Wind Power, Telecom and Industrial markets including Water Tower, Bridges, Solar, Suspended Platforms, Steel Mills and Foundries, and work-at-height work areas in Pulp and Paper and Tower Crane Operations. Most of your work will involve the manual assembly of these kits, but you will also support on some inventory control processes as well. You will work closely with equipment that is made to keep people safe while working at heights; therefore, a strong attention to detail and passion for safety are highly desired. This is a great position for someone who enjoys working independently as well as with a team, and offers room for professional development, career progression, and other growth depending on your goals.
Mallory Safety & Supply Kit Assembler Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and/or previous assembly experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Working knowledge of ERP systems as well as the Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-starter with a passion for problem solving
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as well as bend, reach, twist, and walk throughout the day

- Previous warehouse or assembly experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven track record of working effectively in a team environment
