Mallory Safety & Supply is currently looking for an Onsite Inventory Associate in Reno, Nevada!

As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for individuals interested in building a career and being part of an amazing team. Although the day-to-day tasks may vary, your overall objective as an Onsite Inventory Specialist will be to meet the needs of our customers by fulfilling orders and auditing inventory onsite. Our ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, possesses creative problem-solving skills, a desire to be part of something greater and navigates through challenges with a growth mindset. Dependent on performance, this role can offer overtime, travel opportunities and career development.

Onsite Inventory Associate Job Description:

Currently, Mallory is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and reliable person to join our growing team in Reno! In this role, you will work onsite at a major automotive manufacturer to stock and maintain a system of vending machines that supply PPE and other industrial product. This is a dynamic position and great for someone who wants a new challenge every day – every day will be different!

As an Onsite Inventory Associate, here’s what a typical day might look like:

• Stocking safety product on shelving, vending and locker units
• Picking orders, loading, unloading, and staging product
• Interacting with internal and external customers
• Maintaining inventory accuracy by following process development and quality standards
• Repairing and performing basic maintenance on vending machines and equipment
• Lifting, bending, walking, and standing for the duration of your shift

Here’s what we’re looking for in an Onsite Inventory Associate:

• Warehouse and/or merchandising experience is preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to read and write in English
• Basic Math skills
• Familiarity with computers and other forms of technology
• Valid Driver’s License required
