Now Hiring: Full-Time Onsite Inventory Specialist with Career Path to Account Manager!

Were hiring a Full-Time Onsite Inventory Specialist who will work directly with a tenured and highly skilled Account Managerlearning the ropes, building relationships with our customers, and gaining the experience necessary to one day step into a similar role. You wont just be filling ordersyoull be learning the business inside and out. You'll be paired with a seasoned Account Manager who will help mentor and coach you, preparing you to eventually manage your own customer accounts. What You'll Do:

• Replenish PPE and other safety/industrial items in vending machines, lockers, and cabinets
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow standard processes and quality checks
• Perform cycle counts and audits to ensure customer stock levels remain consistent
• Inspect first aid cabinets, AEDs, eyewash and shower stations, and emergency lights
• Use virtual reporting tools to document inspections and complete audit checklists
• Communicate professionally with internal teammates and customers in person, by phone, and over email
• Work independently in a fast-paced, industrial environment
• Engage in physical activity throughout your shift, including lifting, bending, and walking

What Were Looking For:

• Valid drivers license with at least two years of driving experience (must meet our Safe Driver policy)
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, merchandising, or logistics preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A desire to learn and grow professionally, with a long-term vision in mind
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Tech-savviness, including comfort using Microsoft Office Suite and inventory tools
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
