Mallory Safety and Supply is currently looking for an Onsite Inventory Associate to join our growing team!
 

Here we grow again! Mallory continues to grow by 15-18% year after year. Due to this expansive growth, we are looking to add an Onsite Associate to our team.
 

Mallory is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and reliable person to help us establish our brand new team at a customer facility. This is a part time role that offers flexibility and approximately 20-25 hours a week. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting a major manufacturing plant in the area. This is a dynamic position that involves warehouse and material handling, driving, customer service, and even a bit of technical work. It’s a wonderful fit for people looking for variety – no day will be the same!  We are looking for flexible yet dedicated team member who is passionate about safety and meeting customer expectations, and if that sounds like you, let’s talk more!

As an Onsite Inventory Associate, here’s what a typical day might look like:
 

• Stocking safety product on shelving, tool and supply cribs, as well as vending and locker units
• Picking orders, loading, unloading, and staging product
• Inspection of first aid and safety equipment
• Interacting with internal and external customers
• Maintaining inventory accuracy by following process development and quality standards
• Repairing and performing basic maintenance on vending machines and equipment
• Lifting, bending, walking, and standing for the duration of your shift

Here’s what we’re looking for in an Onsite Inventory Associate:

• Warehouse and/or merchandising experience is preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to read and write in English
• Basic Math skills
• Familiarity with computers and other forms of technology
• Valid Driver’s License required

Mallory Safety and Supply is hiring a Part Time Onsite Inventory Specialist to join our Onsite team in City, State!

As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for individuals interested in building a career and being part of an amazing team. Although the day-to-day tasks may vary, your overall objective as a Part Time Onsite Inventory Specialist will be to meet the needs of our customers by fulfilling orders and auditing inventory onsite. Our ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, possesses creative problem-solving skills, a desire to be part of something greater and navigates through challenges with a growth mindset. Dependent on performance, this role can offer overtime, travel opportunities and career development.

Our Part Time Onsite Inventory Associate position operates locally in the CITY area but the role is a dynamic one! This position involves inventory, client relations and operations onsite. You will be acting as a representative of Mallory on our client site ensuring the highest safety standards, so their employees so that they can stay safe on the job day in and day out!  This is great for someone who like customer service, working independently, and working in an industrial setting!

Here is how you can make an impact as an Inventory Specialist: 

• Replenish PPE and other safety and industrial items in vending machines, lockers, and cabinets 

• Maintain inventory accuracy by following process development and quality standards 

• Reports and cycle counts to ensure the customer always has stock 

• Inspect first aid cabinets, AEDs, eye wash and shower stations, and emergency lights 

• Document inspections via virtual reporting software  

• Complete detailed audits using a checklist 

• Communicate effectively with internal teammates and external customers via phone, email, and in person 

• Continuous lifting, bending, and walking throughout the shift 
   

Here’s is what we are looking for in an Inventory Specialist:  

• Valid drivers license with at least two years of driving experience and a driving record that aligns with our Safe Driver policy 

• Previous warehouse, merchandising, and/or inventory experience preferred  

• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment 

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering results 

• Creative problem-solving skills 

• Proficiency with technology and various software, including Microsoft Office Suite 

• Ability to read and write in English
