Mallory Safety and Supply is currently looking for a Project Specialist to join our ENSA team in Mukwonago, Wisconsin!
Job Summary
The Project Specialist will work within the training division of Mallory Safety and Supply called ENSA. ENSA North America provides work at heights training to employees all over the country. The Project Specialist will work as a LMS Administrator and Partner Coordinator. Ensure smooth running of the LMS system through adding classes and monitoring trainings and assessments. As a Project Specialist, you will be tasked with:

Be the subject matter expert for the LMS (Absorb) for all maintenance, updates, and questions

Monitor weekly trainings in the LMS, ensuring completion of all necessary parties

Maintain and update all user guides for the LMS

Ensure training and auditing of all training is certified

Work closely with partners in prepping for audits of training

Provide end-user support on technical aspects of the LMS.

Handle all communication with partners related to finalizing agreements, scheduling trainings, and providing support when needed

Identifies and communicates opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements.

Point person for scheduling and information gathering with third-party auditors

Leads quality management system (QMS) portion of all partner audits.

Onboarding of new partners such as agreements, training schedule, structure build outs.

Creates documentation to support and leads training on LMS processes.

Provides end-to-end support for partners during GWO audit preparation – communicates expectations in launch meeting, distributes required documents, leads prep/progress meetings, ensures partners meet all facility, training, and materials requirements for a successful audit.

Assist with miscellaneous projects as needed

Education and Experience:

LMS experience is required, a bonus with experience using Absorb

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work on a computer for long periods of time
