Mallory is looking for a Territory Manager to join our growing sales team in Casper, WY!

This is an exciting opportunity to join the sales team of a winning company that’s more than quadrupled in size over the last 10 years. We are looking for someone who is motivated, eager, and energized by sales. This role is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in serving their customers, as well as someone looking to advance their career and build relationships in the industry.

Territory Manager Job Duties:
 

• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as monthly and annual territory analyses as requested
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
• Problem solves by working with other associates to achieve efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Resolves customer complaints and questions by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by working with suppliers, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Manages Onsite Associates in daily tasks and provides support as needed

Territory Manager Desired Skills and Qualifications:
 

• 1-3 years of sales experience
• Safety and/or industrial distribution knowledge is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication skills across a variety of platforms
• Self-starter spirit and proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Intermediate to Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, CRMs, and other company software platforms
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
