We are seeking a skilled Shop Technician to join Malloy. This team member will inspect, repair, and troubleshoot electric AC/DC motors, generators, gearboxes, and equipment.

About the Job:
· Inspect and test electric motors, generators, and other equipment to diagnose issues.
· Disassemble electric motors and replace or repair defective parts such as bearings, brushes, and coils.
· Reassemble, measure, and test motor performance to meet specifications and quality.
· Maintain repair records and documents of work performed.
· Perform other responsibilities as necessary.
Qualifications:
· Previous technical experience is preferred, and mechanical aptitude is required.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
· Good communication skills.
· Own basic hand tools, operating forklifts and overhead cranes is required.
· Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen and subject to quarterly screening.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
