Busy, expanding personal injury/workers compensation law firm seeking an experienced CASE MANAGER for our firm's WORKERS' COMPENSATION practice.

Job Duties Include:

  • Client Intake
  • Monitoring Treatment
  • Collection, Review, and Maintenance of Medical Records and Bills
  • Filing Documents with the Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission & DC Office of Workers Compensation
  • Communication with Insurance Companies
  • Communication with Clients
  • Assisting the Firm's staff with Cases/Claims during Litigation, when required

Required Experience/Skills:

  • English fluency (Spanish a plus)
  • MUST have some law firm experience, working in either Personal Injury or Workers Compensation.
  • Working knowledge of Insurance Companies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, be a team player, and meet deadlines
  • Must be polite and professional to staff and clients

Preferred Experience/Skills

  • Excellent computer skills
  • MS Office Experience
  • Needles Software Experience
  • Some Workers Compensation experience (but will train the right candidate)

We offer an excellent compensation package that includes health and dental benefits, paid time off, paid parking and 401k.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
