Position Summary :
We currently have attorney positions available in our PI Pre Litigation and our Worker's Compensation Department.

We are seeking PI Pre Litigation and Worker's Comp attorneys to join our personal injury litigation group in our Chicago office. We offer flexible work arrangements and remote work.

Your position will primarily entail handling all aspects of cases including client contact, record review, negotiating settlements, along with managing staff members working with you.
You will have the opportunity to learn from other attorneys with proven records of success!
You will be a part of a fast-paced team environment and will have all the necessary support to allow you to grow as an attorney and to focus on the proper workup of your cases in preparation for settlement or trial. You will be supported by attorneys, legal assistants, medical records specialists, nurse consultants, and other staff who will help lead client communications, obtain and prepare documents, and assist with the various demands related to your cases. Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary to this position along with the willingness and ability to regularly interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers / paralegals over the phone and in person.

Primary location is Chicago. However, we handle cases throughout Illinois. Partial remote work is also an option for the right person(s).
