What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bridal Consultant position at Malmrose Bridal?
We are looking for a friendly Bridal Consultant to help our clients choose their wedding dresses and create unique looks from head to toe.
Bridal Consultant responsibilities include sales experience, exceptional customer service, ability to connect with people, outgoing genuine people skills, team player, basic knowledge in bridal, ability to multi-task, and Saturdays are mandatory. As a Bridal Consultant, you will consult with customers on their preferences, suggest bridal gown styles that complement their body shape and enhance the gown with accessories. This is a very fun position but it can be physically & emotionally demanding. This is a sales position, so sales experience is required. You will need to feel comfortable in front of parties from 3 to 10 people and enjoy striving towards sales goals. The Bridal Consultant cannot feel intimidated by asking for the sale during the appointment, and overcoming objections is an important part of this role. Creativity and a passion for fashion is desired. Experience in the bridal or wedding industry is a plus.

Roles:
- Interviewing and assisting brides in preparation for the biggest day of her life.
- Keeping a clean work environment by completing morning and evening duties.
- Answering phones and customer questions.
- Assisting other consultants.
- Learn all aspects of bridal which includes; designers, vendors, and furthering education in fashion.
- Knowledge and skills to close sales & follow up with Brides.
