Malnove Incorporated of Florida, a family-owned, nationwide folding carton manufacturer, seeks an Die Maker in its Jacksonville, FL facility. We have an immediate opportunity for a high caliber Associate who has passion and ambition to drive results. This position is needed on 2nd or 3rd Shift.

The Job

This position is responsible for safely and efficiently knifing and rubbering all dies for production.

The Successful Candidate will:

• Set-up die station with die board, proper rule, and knife
• Utilize a CAD blue print drawing to knife and rubberize all production and house order dies
• Utilize factory order to achieve proper score height
• Effectively and efficiently use score bender to create scores
• Follow knicking schematic to properly knick knives on die
• Scheduling die needs with Structural Manager
• Water jet
• Comply with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, food safety, OSHA, etc. to ensure a safe, secure working environment that meets the company's goals and achieves customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of Technical work experience or equivalent
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Able to use power equipment
• Understand and apply information found on carton blueprints
• Problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Mathematics ability

Must be available to work 3rd Shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
