Job Description:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an LDRP nurse. The successful candidate will have 2 years of experience in labor and delivery and be knowledgeable about labor and delivery procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the labor and delivery department.
- Assist with deliveries, monitor fetal heart rates, and provide emotional support to new mothers.
- Care for new mothers after delivery, assist with pain management, and provide education on postpartum care.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in L&D required.
- Knowledge of labor and delivery procedures, including fetal monitoring and emergency preparedness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
