Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor to lead our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of various construction techniques, and the ability to manage projects efficiently. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers on-site.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage restoration projects, ensuring quality control throughout the process.
• Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and experience.
• Conduct regular inspections of work progress and provide feedback to workers.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives.
• Assist with heavy lifting and other physical tasks as needed to support the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
