What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representive position at Malone Solutions?
Day Shift; Monday-Friday (hours between 8am-8 : 30am - 4 : 30pm-5pm) Pay $16-$18 / hourPrimary
- Answering phones and processing purchase orders via telephone, e-mail or websites
- Researching and responding to customer inquiries regarding status of open orders / shipments
- Addressing customer issues and ensuring customer problems are accurately resolved
- Daily projects and issue-resolution using analytical and problem-solving skillsSecondary
- Work in other areas of Welding Alloys as workload allows
- Occasionally help in warehouse when needed - ability to lift up to 45 lbsDesired skills
- Excellent customer service skills- coupled with accurate data entry
- Strong written, and follow through skills
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude with good office skills
- Customer service experience
