Malone Solutions is hiring for a Production Worker/Forklift Operator!

Pay Rate: $18.75 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated Production Workers to join our team at the AmeriGas Cylinder Exchange facility. This role involves handling and processing 20 lb. barbeque grill cylinders in an outdoor production environment. No prior experience required–just a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety!
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
- Maintain high quality standards and work efficiently
- Function effectively as part of a production team
- Sort, inspect, clean, paint, label, and refill empty cylinders
- Load filled cylinders onto trucks for next-day shipments
- Maintain a safety focus at all times and wear the proper PPE
- Perform general housekeeping duties
Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hours per day
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
- Willingness to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude and computer knowledge
- Ability to obtain required state licensing and forklift certification
