Position Highlights:
- 1st shift, 8am – 5pm
- Direct Hire & Full-Time
- $45K Base Salary with potential first-year earnings of $65K with commission!
- (40% Commission and additional 15% Quarterly Bonuses)
- Location: Harrisburg, PA. (On-site, inside/outside sales)
- Annual raise program – up to an additional $5,000 added to your base salary in the first 18 months of start date!
- Uncapped monthly commission and quarterly bonuses
- Fuel Allowance: $435 per month.
- Cell Phone Allowance: $50 per month.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- At least 2 years of a proven successful sales track record.
Minimum education:
- College degree
- Strong ethics and values: adheres to an appropriate and effective set of core values and beliefs.
- 2 years of previous sales experience; willing to learn a new industry, company, product, or technical Knowledge; does well in technical courses and seminars and can effectively sell what is learned.
- Ability to communicate and implement company sales objectives and initiatives.
- Highly motivated and able to influence others.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Able to work in the field canvassing and running appointments 75% of the time.
- Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.
- Action oriented with a drive for results.
- Proficiency in computer skills not limited to, but including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
