Tooling Tech Highlights:
- Shifts: Both 2nd and 3rd shift available
- Temp-to-hire positions
Tooling Tech Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot problems with injection molds
- Repair, fix and implement engineering changes of molds
- Develop and implement corrective and preventative actions
- Make fixture details
- Communicate with outside vendors when outsourcing
- Work with various departments to implement customer concerns
Tooling Tech Requirements:
- Understand Business Operating System (BOS), Environmental, Health & Safety requirements, product safety, information security.
- Ability to multi-task, interact professionally with customers, supplies, and vendors.
- Knowledge of basic trigonometry plus 8 years of experience as a mold maker
- Needs a high school diploma
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
Tooling Technician Preferred Qualifications:
- Journeyman Electrical License
- 2 year apprentice program at Community College
