Schedule: Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do:
- Coach & Train: Cross-train and guide team members in safe equipment operation, such as reach trucks, forklifts, and turret trucks.
- Ensure Compliance: Lead by example in maintaining our top-tier safety and operational standards.
- Test & Certify: Conduct written and practical assessments to certify team proficiency.
- Problem-Solve: Research issues, suggest improvements, and contribute to continuous efficiency gains.
- Support Leadership: Step in as Lead when needed, always upholding facility standards.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years’ warehouse experience and high school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Blue Yonder or Red Prairie WMS preferred
- Proven forklift operation skills; stand-up forklift experience required
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility for 2nd or 3rd shift as needed for training
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry 5-50 lbs.
