Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring an Accounts Payable candidate in Louisville, KY. We are looking for an experienced accounting candidate who is looking to utilize their skills and continue to grow!

Accounts Payable Job Highlights :

  • 1st shift
  • Temp to Hire

Accounting Payable Responsibilities :

  • Enter accounts payable invoices
  • Mail checks and send out rent invoices
  • Maintains and reconciles accounts receivable, post A / R payments, send out monthly statements
  • Data entry occasionally for project managers.

    • Accounting Payable Requirements :

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excel and QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
  • Degree or equivalent of 3-5 years’ experience
  • Strong data entry skills (speed and accuracy)
