Responsibilities- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, including taking minutes and distributing agendas.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed, including report generation and document preparation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports for team members.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and participating in team-building activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
