Customer Support Specialist Job Summary :

  • Be the go-to contact for customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to provide tailored solutions.
  • Use your mechanical or engineering knowledge to assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs.
  • Assist existing customers with orders, troubleshooting, and product recommendations.
  • Customer Support Specialist Requirements :

  • Customer service or support experience (strong communication skills required).
  • Mechanical, engineering, or hands-on technical knowledge is a huge plus!
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using systems to track orders and customer interactions.
  • A problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
